Christina Wang leads Peak’s Fractional HR leadership team and brings over 20 years of experience structuring and leading engagements centered around clients in the small business and start-up space. Prior to Peak, Christina served as the Chief People & Financial Officer for Impekable, an award-winning, 100% remote digital product company, where she managed the entire talent lifecycle from recruiting through offboarding, as well as its finance functions. She’s an International Coaching Federation certified executive and leadership coach, and a diversity, equity, and inclusion leader.

As a result of living overseas for nine years of her life and globetrotting during her free time, Kara is passionate about understanding culture and listening to people’s stories.
